Terms of service

The service

Conduit is a project-management dashboard with an optional Discord bot. It is provided as is, without warranty, and may change or go away. We try to keep it running and backed up, but you should not treat it as the only copy of anything important.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) and may only sign in with accounts and Discord servers you are allowed to use.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe; turn on two-factor authentication on Conduit and on Discord.
• Workspace owners decide who is a member; an invitation can be withdrawn and a membership removed at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Conduit to break the law, harass people, spam, distribute malware, impersonate others, collect credentials, or interfere with the service or Discord's platform. Using the Discord integration also means following Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We can suspend accounts or workspaces that break these rules.

Your content

Everything you put into a workspace stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it to your workspace, post it to the Discord channels your workspace configured, and send it to the webhooks your workspace set up.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it (currently nothing).
